Having over 20 years business leadership experience, more than half of this earned in Asia, Caroline has earned a global reputation as a corporate real estate and workplace strategy expert. She believes in the value organisations can achieve by aligning workplace with organisational vision and identity, and by leveraging the workplace to address critical business needs and workstyle change.

A regular source for media interviews and speaking engagements, Caroline publishes regularly on topics related to the future of work and workplace.
