Caroline is widely recognised as a leader in the workplace and real estate profession, and her extensive experience working, living and travelling in Asia is sought out by clients and colleagues worldwide.
She has over 20 years business leadership and consulting experience, and her strategic point-of-view has been valued not only by clients but also by a number of private company boards on which she has served in executive and non-executive director roles.
Caroline’s entrepreneurial attitude and highly consultative approach have led her to successfully establish and grow professional practices within multinational firms and as new start-ups.
Nurturing empowered teams and cultivating strategic client relationships have been key ingredients in the success of these businesses. She has demonstrated resilience in facing both economic and cultural challenges working in Asia for the past decade, and this commitment is widely respected within the industry. Caroline is a trusted adviser, coach, and “go-to person” for clients, colleagues and co-workers.

Her client experience ranges across banking and finance, technology, pharmaceutical, energy and resources, legal and professional services, consumer goods and public sector in Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Caroline actively participates in the corporate real estate industry and local business community. She has taken on numerous roles within CoreNet Global and FMA Australia, is a regular speaker at regional conferences and featured in numerous industry and business publications. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Caroline has a PhD in Organisational Strategy and Corporate Real Estate from the University of Sydney Business School, and degree qualifications in business, land economics and architecture.
