Our Workplace Revolution team are a unique group of professionals who are comfortable challenging orthodoxy and exploring new ways of working and organising. The Community-based business model enables us to share a diverse range of perspectives and knowledge from a group of passionate, entrepreneurial experts with our Clients and our core team members. However we don’t just collaborate on projects, we are a real global Community; we share knowledge and ideas, and post questions through our WPR Community channel. We also like to get together our Community of Partners and our Team once a year (well, we try!). Sometimes it might be in Ubud, other times, who knows (we’re secretly hoping our next one will be Japan!)? It’s all put to a vote and if we can afford it, guess what – you get to come with us on a ‘workation’!
Our work ethic is based on trust in the integrity and professionalism of our people – we focus on creating great stuff together, not on completing time-sheets!
