Change and Communications

Even with a clear goal in sight, the road through organisational change can be fraught with danger

“I’m concerned the new office we are designing will be so different from the old one that people wont know how to make the best use of it”

Our change management philosophy embraces the concept that every communication with client stakeholders is an opportunity to engage, educate, empower, excite, and manage expectations.  In other words, the change process starts well before a relocation, refurbishment, or pilot fitout project.

We partner with you as early as possible to understand the magnitude of change involved, the critical risks, and level of leadership support for change.  This will enable us to develop a tailored, multifaceted Change Roadmap to guide implementation of the change program.

Leading people along the road to change requires us to recognise that many stakeholders will be carrying ‘baggage’ associated with how they worked in the past

A number of different elements make up a comprehensive change management and communications program and to ensure success, each needs to work with the others in support of the overall project goals and organisational strategy.  We will work with you to articulate and define each of these elements in order to design an effective, sustainable, and practical program.
